Meet Our Staff
Bryan Barone has earned a Business Administration degree from Washington and Jefferson College. He is presently pursuing additional education in real estate appraisal.
Robert A. Bianchin is a graduate of University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Mr. Bianchin came to us from Kellough, Pestl, Singh Associates based in Toronto where he had 10 years experience as an Appraiser, Consultant and Land Economist. Mr. Bianchin is an Accredited member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and holds an AACI designation (Canadian Equivalent of the MAI designation) as well as a Professional Appraiser designation (P.App). Mr. Bianchin is also designated as a Professional Land Economist (PLE) by the Ontario Assocation of Land Economists. As a native of Canada, Mr. Bianchin brings extensive international experience to the company in a broad range of complex commercial real estate matters. Mr. Bianchin has acted on behalf of property owners, governments and taxing authorities in numerous high profile public and private matters. Mr. Bianchin has testified as an expert witness in matters relating to land economics, appraisal theory and market value.

Elizabeth M. Miller holds a Marketing Degree from York College of Pennsylvania. Ms. Miller is presently pursuing additional education in both real estate valuation and finance.
Thomas A. Murtha is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics, has an M.B.A. from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is pursuing professional designations through both the Appraisal Institute and the American Society of Appraisers. Professional affiliations presently include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Murtha comes to us from the H.J. Heinz Company where he held various management positions in financial planning and accounting.
William R. Murtha has earned an Economics degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He is presently pursuing additional education in real estate appraisal.
Gregory S. Rea is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. He is a candidate in the Appraisal Institute and is presently completing final requirements for the MAI designation. Mr. Rea comes to our firm from Kelly-Rielly-Nell, a real estate valuation and management company in Western Pennsylvania.
John Watt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bethany College a Masters degree in Public Policy with a graduate certificate in local, regional, and community development at the University of Pittsburgh. Mr. Watt has an extensive background in construction and cost estimating, and is now pursuing additional education in real estate finance.
